How to Participate in TALK Staking

This guide explains how to start staking TALK tokens using Talken Wallet. Follow the steps below to get started.

- What is TALK Staking?

TALK Staking allows you to lock your Ethereum-based TALK tokens for a chosen period and receive TALK rewards in return.

*Available on: Talken Wallet for Telegram, Mobile App, and Web.

How to Use TALK Staking

1. Access TALK Staking

Find and open the staking feature within your wallet.

• Go to the TALK (Ethereum) token detail page → Click “Staking”

• Or go to the bottom menu → More → “TALK Staking”

2. Set Staking Position

Choose how many TALK tokens to stake and for how long.

*TALK cannot be withdrawn during the lock-up period

• Enter the amount of TALK to stake

• Choose the lock-up period (up to 105 weeks)

• Click [Stake]

3. Approve and Stake

Authorize the contract to use your TALK and confirm your staking position.

• Sign the Approve transaction – Authorize the contract to use your TALK tokens and set the spending cap.

• Sign the Stake transaction – Confirm and create your staking position.

*Spending Cap: The maximum amount of TALK this contract can use from your wallet. This limit can be adjusted anytime.

4. Check and Claim Rewards

You can monitor your staking rewards and claim them weekly.

• Click [Claim] to receive TALK

• Rewards are distributed weekly on Thursdays

*Accrued to Date: Rewards earned but not yet available — claimable on the next Thursday *Available to Claim: Rewards that can be claimed immediately

5. Update Your Position

You can extend your staking period to continue earning rewards.

• You can extend your lock-up period before it expires

• Active positions can be updated at any time

*You cannot extend a position after it expires. Once expired, it stops earning rewards and cannot be updated.

6. Unstake

You can withdraw your staked TALK after the lock-up period ends.

• After the lock-up period ends, Click [Unstake]

• The entire staked amount will be returned (partial unstaking is not supported)

Reward Structure

• Rewards are distributed weekly based on the total staking pool

• Estimated APY: ~20%. Actual rewards may vary by participation and duration, and individual returns depend on your stake and lock-up period.

• The longer the lock-up period and the more TALK you stake, the greater your reward

Reward Eligibility Timing

To qualify for rewards in a given week, you must meet all the following:

• Your position was created before Thursday 09:00 (UTC+9)

• Your lock-up period is at least 1 week

• At least 1 week remains in the lock-up period

※ Caution

• TALK cannot be withdrawn during the lock-up period

• Once a position expires, it no longer earns rewards or allows updates

• Only full unstaking is supported (no partial withdrawals)

• APY decreases over time unless the lock-up period is extended

• You’ll need to pay Ethereum gas fees for all transactions, such as staking and claiming.
