**Q2. Do I need to sign up to use Talken Wallet?**

> Yes. You can easily sign up and create a wallet using an email or SNS account (Google, Apple, Kakao, Naver, Facebook).
>

> * Mobile app: Email or SNS account (Google, Apple, Kakao, Naver, Facebook)

**Q4. I forgot my password. What should I do?**

> * Email sign-up: On the mobile app login screen, tap **"Forgot your password?"** to reset your password.
> * SNS sign-up: Reset your password through the **account center of the respective SNS** (Google, Apple, etc.).

**Q5. I forgot my PIN.**

> PINs cannot be recovered. After changing your password, please set a new PIN.

### 2. Wallet Use

**Q1. How do I deposit or withdraw assets?**

> * Deposit: Main screen → Receive → Copy address → Send assets from external wallet
> * Withdraw: Main screen → Send → Select token → Enter recipient address → Sign and confirm

**Q2. What token is used for gas fees?**

> You need the **native token** of the network:
>
> * Ethereum → ETH
> * Solana → SOL
> * BNB Chain → BNB
> * Polygon → MATIC
> * Kaia → KAIA

**Q3. Does the network auto-switch when using DApps?**

> Yes. Talken Wallet uses **chain abstraction** to automatically switch to the DApp's network.
> If it doesn't, you can manually change it from the menu in the top right corner.

**Q4. How do I add or remove custom tokens or networks?**

> * Add token: \[+ Manage Tokens] → ⊕ → Enter contract address
> * Remove token: Token details page → Trash icon
> * Add network: Settings → Network settings → ⊕ → Enter network info
> * Edit/delete network: Custom network list → '>' → Edit or Delete

**Q5. Can I recover my wallet on another device?**

> Yes. Your wallet will be automatically restored when you log in with the same email or SNS account.

**Q6. Can I have multiple wallets under one account?**

> No. One account (email or SNS ID) is linked to one wallet address.

### 3. Earn (Rewards)

**Q1. What is the Earn feature?**

> The Earn page allows users to join events like Faucet, Invite & Earn, and Talken Missions and track their \$TALK rewards.

**Q2. How do I redeem \$TALK rewards?**

> 1. Go to More → Rewards and tap \[Redeem]
> 2. In the Points Hub, select the points to exchange and the Exchangeable Tokens or points to receive, then tap \[Exchange]
> 3. Receive \$TALK in your wallet

**Q3. How do I cash out my rewards?**

> * TALK (Ethereum): Swap to USDT/ETH or trade on exchanges like Bithumb or Gate.io
> * TALK (Kaia): Swap to KAIA and trade on Binance, Gate.io, etc.

### 4. Swap & Bridge

**Q1. Why did my swap fail?**

> * Not enough gas: You need more native tokens to pay for the fee
> * Slippage issue: Price changed too much beyond your allowed slippage (default: 1%)
> * Missing fee token: You need the native token (e.g., ETH for Ethereum, KAIA for Kaia)

**Q2. The bridge was interrupted. Why?**

> * Gas not enough:
> * Source chain: Lock/burn operations require gas
> * Destination chain: Mint/claim operations may require gas
> * Wallet disconnected or screen changed:
> * If you close the app or leave the screen, the transaction may fail
>
> **Solution:**
> Make sure you have enough native tokens.
> Do not leave the app while bridging.
> If the issue persists, contact Talken Support with your Tx Hash.

### 5. Staking

**Q1. How are staking rewards distributed?**

> Rewards are distributed every Thursday at 09:00 (UTC+9).
>
> * Accrued rewards: Rewards not yet claimable (can be claimed the following Thursday)
> * Claimable rewards: Rewards available for immediate claim
>
> When you claim, rewards are paid in TALK tokens, and an Ethereum gas fee (ETH) will be required.

**Q2. Are there any conditions to receive rewards?**

> Yes, to qualify for rewards for a given week:
>
> * You must start staking before Thursday 09:00 (UTC+9)
> * You must stake for at least 1 week
> * Your lock-up period must have at least 1 week remaining

**Q3. What should I be aware of when staking?**

> * You cannot withdraw TALK during the lock-up period
> * Once a staking position expires, it cannot be extended and rewards stop accruing
> * You can extend your staking period only before it expires
> * After the lock-up ends, you can unstake the full amount only (partial withdrawals are not supported)
> * All transactions (staking, claiming, etc.) require Ethereum gas fees

### 6. Security & Compatibility

**Q1. Do I need to store a seed phrase or private key?**

> No. Talken Wallet uses MPC (Multi-Party Computation), so no seed phrase or private key is generated or exposed.

**Q2. Is Talken Wallet non-custodial?**

> Yes. Talken is a non-custodial wallet, meaning you fully control your assets.

**Q3. What networks are supported?**

> Talken supports Ethereum, Solana, BNB Chain, Polygon, Kaia, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Mantle, and more. You can also add custom EVM networks.
